Coaches and athletes will learn the teaching progressions and drills for successful throwing in the shot put and discus throw.
Athletes will get several repetitions throwing the ring and get instruction from the coaches and athletes at the University of Nebraska.
Each day will include instruction on the shot put and discus or campers can specialize in one throwing event for the entire session.
